President and Co-founder:
Arshia Ashjaei - DDS Class of 2019
Hi everyone! My name is Arshia Ashjaei and I am a 3rd year dental student at the Dugoni School. I am also a former Bruin, and I graduated from UCLA in 2015 with a degree in Biochemistry. Since starting at Pacific, I realized my passion for helping pre-dental students become better and more competitive applicants, because I completely understand the challenges of the dental school admissions process. I also am a former Pre-dental chair of the American Student Dental Association. I am selected to participate in the Advanced Oral Surgery rotation at UOP and planing to apply to residency programs next year. I spend my (very limited) extra time with friends and finding the most unique restaurants, which is definitely not too challenging here in San Francisco. I am also a car enthusiast and I try to keep myself updated on any auto related news. I am really excited to work with you all!!!
Vice President and Co-founder:
Michelle Fat - DDS Class of 2019
Hi everyone! My name is Michelle and I am a 3rd year DDS student at the Dugoni School. I graduated from Santa Clara University with a major in biology and a minor in public health sciences. Currently, my post-grad plan is to work as an associate for a few years before considering either applying to residency programs or potentially running my own practice. In addition to schoolwork, I am the Vice President of my DDS 2019 class and am a co-leader of the Dugoni School's yearly dental outreach trip to Jamaica. I love meeting pre-dents and helping them along with their application process, whether they're just starting Freshman year of college or a few weeks away from submitting their application, and I'm looking forward to working with you all!

Second Year Representative:
Lisa Carrington - DDS Class of 2020
Hi all! My name is Lisa Carrington and I am a 2nd year DDS student in the class of 2020. I grew up in the east bay before attending Loyola Marymount University where I majored in biology with a minor in business administration. After having gone through the application process myself (especially from a smaller school), I appreciate Dugoni PDB for being such an incredible resource for pre-dental information and providing a chance to see if dentistry is the right fit. Here at UOP, I am involved in the ASDA and peer tutoring programs as well as staying involved in multiple clubs and study groups. After dental school, I would like to work in a community clinic before applying to a pediatric specialty program or purchasing my own practice. I have always loved teaching and am so excited to share my dental knowledge with all of you. I am happy to help answer questions about dentistry or the application process and am looking forward to meeting all of you!
